Our Services

CityPro Aluminum offers a complete range of exterior services designed to improve protection, drainage, ventilation, curb appeal, and long-term home performance.

Eavestrough/Gutters

Your eavestrough system plays an important role in protecting your home from water damage. CityPro provides eavestrough installation, repair, cleaning, and inspections to help rainwater move properly away from your roofline, siding, foundation, and landscaping. Their eavestrough options include 5” and 6” seamless K-style gutters, half round gutters, and copper gutters.

Downspouts

Downspouts help carry water from your eavestroughs safely away from the home. CityPro provides downspout installation, replacement, removal, and redirection to help reduce overflow, pooling water, foundation issues, and moisture problems around exterior walls.

Leaf Guards

Leaf guards are a practical upgrade for homeowners who want to reduce clogged gutters and frequent eavestrough maintenance. They help keep leaves, debris, and buildup out of the drainage system, allowing water to move more freely during rain, snowmelt, and seasonal weather changes.

Siding

Siding has a major impact on both the appearance and protection of your home. CityPro installs siding systems that help refresh curb appeal, improve exterior durability, and protect your home from daily weather exposure. Their siding services include options such as aluminum siding and PVC siding, with installation backed by lifetime guarantees.

Copper and Metal Work

Custom copper and metal work can add a premium finish to your exterior while improving durability and detail. CityPro provides copper and metal work for homeowners who want a clean, long-lasting exterior upgrade that adds character, value, and protection to the home.

Soffit & Fascia

Soffit and fascia are key parts of a healthy roofline. Soffit helps support attic ventilation, while fascia protects the roof edge and supports the eavestrough system. CityPro installs soffit and fascia to improve exterior appearance, protect roofline components, and help prevent weather-related damage.

Roofing

Your roof is one of the most important protective systems on your home. CityPro provides roofing products and services that help protect against rain, snow, wind, and seasonal wear. Their exterior service range includes roofing alongside eavestroughs, siding, soffit, fascia, and other roofline upgrades.

Windows and Doors

Windows and doors help shape your home’s comfort, appearance, security, and energy performance. CityPro provides Canadian-made, high-quality windows and doors for homeowners looking to upgrade older exterior openings with products built for local weather conditions.

Skilled installation

Their team uses trained installers and a detail-focused process to complete exterior work cleanly and properly.

Quality materials

CityPro uses reliable products from trusted suppliers, including materials designed for Toronto weather and Canadian conditions.

Honest service

CityPro focuses on practical recommendations and avoids suggesting work that does not make sense for the home.

How much do exterior services cost in Toronto and the GTA?

The cost of exterior services depends on the type of work, the size of the property, the materials selected, and the condition of the current exterior system. A small downspout adjustment will usually cost less than full eavestrough replacement, siding installation, soffit and fascia work, or a larger exterior renovation.

CityPro Aluminum provides clear quotes so homeowners understand the recommended work, available options, and expected scope before moving forward. The best way to get accurate pricing is to request a quote based on your specific home and project.

About us

Main benefits of choosing professional exterior services

Better water control

Proper eavestroughs, downspouts, and leaf guards help move rainwater and melting snow away from your home, reducing the risk of overflow, pooling water, and foundation concerns.

Stronger roofline protection

Soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and roofing details work together to protect the edges of your home from moisture, wind, pests, and seasonal wear.

Improved curb appeal

Updated siding, fascia, soffit, windows, doors, and metal details can make your home look cleaner, newer, and better maintained from the street.

Lower maintenance needs

Quality exterior upgrades can reduce common problems like clogged gutters, loose materials, worn finishes, and recurring water issues around the home.

Long-term home value

A well-maintained exterior helps protect your investment by improving durability, preventing avoidable damage, and keeping the property in better condition over time.

Common problems our exterior services solve

Exterior issues often start small but can lead to bigger damage when ignored. CityPro Aluminum helps homeowners identify the source of the problem and choose the right solution before it becomes more expensive to repair.

Overflowing or leaking gutters

Clogged, damaged, or poorly installed eavestroughs can cause water to spill over the edges and collect near the home. New eavestroughs, downspouts, and leaf guards can help improve drainage and reduce water-related issues.

Damaged soffit and fascia

Worn soffit and fascia can affect ventilation, roofline protection, and the finished look of your home. Replacing these components helps protect the roof edge and creates a cleaner exterior appearance.

Aging or faded siding

Old siding can make a home look tired and may no longer protect the exterior as effectively. Professional siding installation can refresh curb appeal while improving durability against weather exposure.

Poor drainage around the home

If water is draining too close to the foundation, downspout redirection or replacement may be needed. A properly planned drainage setup helps move water away from vulnerable areas.
